采购经理Purchasing Mgr(MRO非生产性物料)-知名外企

Job Responsibility:

1. Provide support and coordinate the group companies in implementation of the MRO strategy in coordination with Purchasing Director, Plants MRO Buyers in order to secure: long-term competitiveness, long-term supply guarantee, quality capability, development and technology lead;

2. Create technical inquiries in coordination with other departments (Quality, HSE, Industrial Engineering, Logistic etc.) and supplier’s input;

3. Lead and execute price negotiations in coordination with Purchasing Director;

4. Negotiating and execution of contracts (e.g. Quality Assurance Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, Cooperation Agreements);

5. Managing the internal nomination process at new awards and supplier changes;

6. Coordinate activities, processes and technical lead of MRO buyer in the plants;

7. Market research and benchmarks for competitive sources in cooperation with local Buyers;

8. Analysis and definition of actions in case of supplier problems in cooperation with Logistic and Quality Department;

9. Motivation of suppliers to follow Simultaneous Engineering and researching in new technologies;

10. Moderation of cost and value analysis workshops at supplier sites and implementation of identified savings potentials;

11. Budget planning / Forecast of cost development of the assigned commodities;

13. Other tasks assigned by Purchasing Director.

Job Requirements:

1. University graduate or above, must have minimum 3 years spare parts /MRO purchasing experience in multi-national company;

2. Competent in negotiating skills and assessing vendors;

3. Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills required;

4. Must have highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines;

5. Proficient with Microsoft office products;

6. Must be fluent in English. especially communicate by Email in English.
