Project Introduction of MTWO:

MTWO is the key strategic project of RIB group to develop the world’s leading vertical cloud for the construction & real estate industries. Powered by Microsoft, MTWO combines the strengths of RIB as the global market leader in enterprise software for construction businesses and Microsoft Azure as the global market leader in intelligent cloud for all businesses.

The mission of MTWO is to transform the construction & real estate industries through an intelligent cloud enterprise & project solution that improves construction productivity by 30% and enables smart management of existing real estate assets, using 5D BIM, mixed reality solutions, IoT & AI BOTs.

岗位职责：

1.Responsible for cloud projects’ demand analysis, solution design, cloud planning and design of traditional solution, application migration and data migration.

负责云项目的需求分析、方案设计、传统解决方案云化规划设计、应用迁移和数据迁移等设计工作；

2.During the process of cloud migration, assist R & D team to build Demo system, test the system and implement migration according to projects’ needs.

在迁云过程中，根据项目本身的需要，协助研发团队完成Demo系统搭建、测试以及最终迁移实施工作。

3.Cooperate with regional and product team. When communicating with clients, understand and respond quickly to clients’ business and IT needs, guide them and provide competitive mixed IT solutions.

配合区域及产品业务团队，在和客户交互过程中，了解客户的现有系统情况和系统需求，为客户提供云计算一站式解决方案。

4.According to clients’ current IT framework and operation situation, provide clients with end to end enterprise service solutions to meet their needs on strategic direction, business and technology. Make sure that the solutions can meet the needs of clients and have leading advantages and innovation in cost, efficiency, security, performance and availability.

针对客户现有的IT架构及运营情况，提供整体端到端的企业服务解决方案，以满足最终客户在战略方向、业务、技术要求上的需求。

5.Make sure that solutions can be put into practice to achieve a win-win situation for both clients and the company.

确保解决方案在交付过程中最终落地，实现客户和公司的双赢。

任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree, 5+ years’ experience of architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of cloud solutions.

本科，五年以上建筑、设计、实施或云项目解决方案经验。

2.Deep understanding of Virtualization, Systems Management, Private / Public Cloud technologies including all layers of the Cloud stack (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)

熟悉虚拟化、系统管理、私有/公有云技术，包括云计算平台的所有层（SaaS, PaaS, IaaS）

3.Significant depth of technical experience in a number of the key Azure Infrastructure services: Linux & Windows Virtual Machines, Storage, Backup, Site Recovery, Networking technologies such as VPN Gateways, Express Route, Database services, etc.

熟悉Azure Infrastructure的关键服务：Linux和Windows虚拟机、存储、备份、站点恢复；熟悉VPN网关、快速路线、数据库等网络技术。

4.Experience of HA / DR strategies design. Good understand of hybrid scenarios from business and technology perspective

有HA / DR 策略设计经验；懂得从商务和技术角度理解混合场景。

5.Experience of cloud architecture and implementation including but not limited to Aliyun, QCloud, AWS, Azure and VMware.

广泛的云架构及实施经验，包括但不限于阿里云、腾讯云、AWS、Azure、VMware等。

6.Microsoft Certification – Exam 70-535: Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions (Exam 70-533: Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions)

拥有微软认证证书：Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions（Exam 70-535）和Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions（Exam 70-533）。
