Main responsibilities:

Being responsible for the overall processing of Sales Order from booking Sales Order, purchasing, coordinating logistics till recognizing sales revenue.

Booking in SAP: Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Note, Invoice, etc.

Creating new project, working out Robot configuration, and creating new Sales Order.

Placing Robots Purchase Order or consuming stock Robots, following the status of Purchase Order and updating Sales Order status.

Timely sending Payment Reminder to Customers. Releasing delivery after receiving payment and booking Invoices.

Coordinating Robot purchasing, materials, delivery and payment issues with related departments and solving relevant problems proactively.

Checking and finishing Reporting on Order Backlog and backlog related cash-flow Forecast.

Requirements:

At least 4 years experiences in order processing, sales support, customer service and so on.

Strong sense of responsibility, result-oriented, sincere and loyal, great team-worker.

Strong capability of independent thinking and problem-solving.

Highly attentive to details, disciplined work style, high working efficiency.

Solid command of skills and knowledge of order processing, customer service, international trade, logistics, customs affairs, financial management and so on. Skills and experiences with automation equipment and related technical background is a plus.

SAP key user.

Excellent in written and verbal communication in Chinese and English.

Skillful in operating Windows office software, e.g. Word, Excel, PPT.
