Responsibilities:
Demand Plan
？ Analysis and validation of the sales history and forecast/ CRM Opportunity List for all divisions of the area
？ Regularly CRM opportunity forecast and demand plan review with sales management and key account manager
？ Continuously update of the demand plan and alignment within the Global Demand Planning Team
？ Tracking of forecasted top projects and/or key accounts to guarantee a smooth production cycle
？ Interface function within the company: Coordination of the Demand Plan with other departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Order Management, Controlling, etc.)
？ Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply chain
？ Communication and improvement of the current planning situation, e.g. planning accuracy and delivery times
？ Answering of delivery time requests of the region
？ Support sales and budget planning process
？ Support of the product launch and discontinuation process
？ Support of the continuous development of the Sales & Operation Process in the software BOARD
o Process development
o Release Management
o Training
Sales Inventory
？ Regularly analysis of the sales inventory of the area
？ Definition and regular update of required stock levels for high runner products together with the Supply Chain
？ Participate in special cross-functional team projects as needed
Profil:
？ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in demand planning including working closely with sales teams
？ Bachelor′s degree in Business, Supply Chain & Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
？ Understanding of the Sales & Operational Planning Processes (S&OP)
？ Experience in material requirement planning and reporting would be beneficial
？ Statistical knowledge for the evaluation and correction of the demand plan
？ High analytical competences
？ Excellent team player and must be an effective communicator both verbally and written in English. German skills would be an advantage.
？ Strong intercultural competence and you are familiar to work within an international working environment
？ Good knowledge of Demand Planning Tools, SAP R/3, SAP BW, CRM Systems and Microsoft Office
？ Knowledge in the software BOARD would be an advantage
