Job Duties:

1. Handle a series of daily seafreight import operations;

2. Provide friendly and professional service to our customers;

3. Answer customer's phone calls and emails;

4. Back up other team members as per team leader's instruction;

5. Compliance with KN Guidelines, Rules & Regulations.

Job Requirements:

1. College graduates or above;

2. CET4 or above, good command of Business English;

3. 1 year working experience in freight forwarding or shipping is preferable;

4. PC knowledge of Word, Excel & E-mail.
