职位描述
岗位名称： 直销项目专员（2人）
工作地点：上海/北京
岗位职责：
1. 负责与医院耗材管理专员沟通产品需求、备货需求、补货需求，确保供应医院的产品按时按量送达。
2. 收集和维护医疗器械产品的主数据信息，包括产品物料编码，注册证，有效期等信息，确保ERP系统信息完整正确，符合法规要求。
3. 与供应链客服团队沟通产品库存状况，在DMS系统中输入正确的订单信息。
4. 与第三方库房保持紧密沟通，包括主数据信息更新，订单传递，及时备货，产品近效期预警，库存盘点等。
5. 与第三方运输公司联系，包括传递提货需求，协调运输方式，核对帐单，跟踪紧急订单运输状况等。
6. 在ERP系统中维护产品采购订单，入库信息，销售订单，出库信息，核对发票信息等。
7. 配合其他部门的工作，以及领导交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1. 大专以上学历
2. 熟练应用Office软件
3. 性格踏实、工作认真、仔细，
4. 做事麻利，工作效率高，准确率高
5. 善于沟通，团队协作能力强
6. 有医疗耗材或药品仓库管理工作经验者优先考虑
7. 可以加班
