1、Communicate with head quarter central planning team to manage customer order fulfillment;

2、Work out mass production plan according to requirement from the customer order and material supply situation;

3、Weekly fix production order, adjust production order in case customer order change, materials shortage, quality issue, machine problem happens;

4、Monitor implementation of daily production plan; make sure that daily production output and efficiency is on track.

5、Monitor materials delivery plan, work with relevant departments to solve any problem, such as vendor delivery delay, quality problem, inventory missing, manpower shortage, etc;, that will impact production order execution.

6、Manage the material master data and finished goods routing data in SAP;

7、Prepare annual planning budget, working calendar, production volume budget, manpower requirement budget, etc;

8、Make continuous improvement of production planning and material planning management, generate analysis reports if needed.

9、Take other assignments from Material Manager.

Skills & qualifications

1、Qualifications: Bachelor or above

2、Experience: More than 3 years’ experience on PMC; More than 5 years’ experience on MRP; With at least 2 years’ in supervisor level

3、Knowledge: Sound knowledge in planning, warehouse management and lean manufacture, excellent on Excel and SAP.

4、Languages: Good English in both oral and written.
