工作简介：

Provide IT technical support for GZ campus, including network support, end-user support, IT equipment management & support, report to IT manager on a regular basis.

工作内容：

1. Providing technical support for teachers and staff. Troubleshooting for maintaining IT environment for end-users, including PC, network, software, etc.

2. Perform network and systems monitoring to ensure the service availability.

3. Providing user training.

4. Assist to conduct IT control by deploying IT policy and IT procedures, and regularly review and report to manager on IT operation

5. Other IT tasks as assigned

任职资格

1、大学专科或以上学历，计算机相关专业，1年或以上相关工作经验

2、熟悉AD域环境下的维护工作，乐于为终端用户现场处理问题

3、具备一定的英语沟通能力

4、有维护苹果系统经验更佳

上班时间：8：15-16:45
