Major Responsibilities
a) Review and ensure all payments and contracts are in accordance with
company policy
b) Review and ensure all payments are settled timely and correctly
c) Check and input vouchers and entries in system, ensure accuracy and
timeliness of data capture
d) Prepare AP analysis report and other financial information as requested
e) Closely follow up outstanding issues e.g. advance payment, invoices and
others.
f) Ensure all transactions are recorded in compliance with company’s policies
and procedures. Report and highlight to immediate supervisor on any noncompliance
procedures and / or anomalies in payment related matters
g) Handle ad hoc assignments as requested

Experiences Required
a) At least 8 years working experience, share service experience is a plus
b) Good communication skill
c) Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and SAP system
d) Able to work independently with minimum supervision
e) Good command of English, both written and spoken
f) Middle-level CPA is preferred
