职位描述：
Role responsibilities:
？ Screening enquiries and requests, and handling them with appropriate prioritize action;
？ Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding;priority training schedule and materials;
？ Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
？ Arranging business schedule and agenda, well prepared for details including receptionist and accommodation;
？ Responsible for department budgets apply and control.

Qualification & Experience

？ Degree holder, overseas background is preferred;
？ Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English and Chinese capability;
？ Well organized, independent & able to work under pressure.
