Objectives
This position is a support role reporting to the China Marketing Manager and working closely with the practice heads/ executives in Beijing, the Group Marketing Team, the remit is to help the Manager deliver the China marketing and business development plan, specifically the following:

Business Development & Marketing Communications

This role will play a critical role in utilizing various Rouse internal BD systems, on-line tools and digital channels to deliver the business development support expected.


? Sales support - general support for all China partners and key associates including targeting, research, pipeline management, pre and post meeting follow-up
? Pitches - manage the pitches for China where appropriate
? Content marketing
? Conferences – manage the schedule and support planning and follow-up business development
? Directories – manage the submission process and maximize use of subsequent rankings and quotes especially manage the input from Beijing team
? Rouse Events – develop and run Rouse hosted seminars and events
? CRM system – management of content for the CRM system for Beijing contacts
? Direct Mail - develop and execute direct mail campaigns for China targets in conjunction with the Group team
? Public relations - generate press coverage for the firm in domestic publications and IP sector publications in conjunction with the Group team and our international PR agency, actively cultivate and manage the relationship with Beijing based media contacts.
? Manage all advertising, advertorial, sponsorship and campaigns for Beijing
? Brand - manage Lusheng brands in China in conjunction with the Group team develop materials and merchandise where necessary
? Internal communications – work with the team to contribute to the staff magazine and managing internal updates about marketing in China.

? Able to balance priorities, with a proven track record of effective delivery against objectives
? Able to work across cultures and physical boundaries

任职资格:

? University graduate from a good university in China or above
? At least 3 year relevant experience in relevant function in professional services sector, preferably with a law firm
? Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) a must
? Copywriting skill in both Chinese and English, professional translation experiences is a plus
? Existing experience and knowledge in event and channel management
? Forward thinking, Well organised
? Great communication skills, confident speaking to people at all levels and able to work with stakeholders
? Open-minded and friendly personality, enjoy communicating with people internally and externally
? Ready to learn and to take on responsibility and to grow in the role
? Team player
? Able to work under pressure and independently
? Strong IT capability and knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage
