职位描述：
Job Description
- Our supply chain coordinators make sure our raw materials are delivery timely to our customers who use them to manufacturer products for consumers.
- Plan for purchasing order, communicate with oversea factories for schedule
制定采购计划，与海外工厂沟通价格、货期。
- Monitor 3PL for international transportation
监控第三方物流公司进行国际运输。
- Coordinate with broker & Customs for customs clearance
与报关行及海关进行沟通，确保货物按照法律规定进行申报
- Coordinate with warehouse for cargo & sample delivery according to customer requirements.
安排仓库按照客户要求发送货物或者样品
- Communicate with customers for order & sample requirements
与客户沟通，了解客户的订单或者样品需求
- Assist the digitalization of the whole supply chain process: involvement in new cloud ERP implementation, follow accuracy with reporting software
协助实现供应链全数字化进程，参与新ERP / M-File的实施，维护BI 软件数据准确性


Requirements:
相关职位要求：
- An experienced and confident logistic coordinator - ideally from the food / retail / e-commerce industry, used to coordinate the delivery of products daily under specific requirements and clear deadline.
- Have Min. 3 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics function.
至少三年的供应链管理经验。有化工行业经验优先。
- Good command in Oral and Written English，the job includes daily communication with our factories overseas
良好的英语口语和写作能力，需要能够与海外工厂顺畅沟通。
- Experienced in ERP necessary. Be sound in Microsoft Office applications.
熟悉微软软件操作。有ERP经验优先。
- Be familiar with customs and CIQ process.
熟悉海关及商检的操作优先。
- Team player, able to coordinate with other functional teams effectively.
具团队精神，并能与其他各部门进行有效沟通。
- Highly organised with a methodical approach to work. Detail oriented.
- 注重细节，组织能力强，诚实并具责任感。
- Customer oriented; an important part of the daily job includes communication with customers for order and scheduling.
