职位描述：
1.Check big heavy lather running situation, workpiece, drawing, process card, purchase order and prepare related tools.
检查并调整大型车床的运行情况，核对工件与施工图、工艺卡、订单号等资料，配齐、配好工、夹、量、刀具
2. Follow heavy vertical lather operation rule strictly
执行大型车床的安全技术操作规程
3. Follow process criterion and record the dimension of the workpiece's main part. Do machining after handle all the founded problem.
遵守工艺规范，按要求记录好工件主要部位的尺寸、发现问题立即采取措施
4. Follow the 'three checking' strictly
严格执行产品的“三检制”
5. Be through transfer process card, record actual time, clean work area and maintenance the drilling machine.
做好工件材料编号、批号的传递和转道、流程卡的传递、实际工时的记录，工作场地的清洁、大型车床的清洁保养，上下班的交接
6.Be through with the antirust with the normal tools
做好零件的上油防锈和工、夹、量、刀具的保养
7.Be through with the first stair of maintenance, and cooperate with the second stair maintenance.
做好车床的一级保养，配合做好车床的二级保养
8.Any problem has been found in the drawing or process should be report in time.
发现图纸及工艺中的问题，需及时提出
9. Finish other tasks assigned by the superior
负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务

岗位要求：

1.Technical school degree or above, mechanical or related major, at least 1 year related working experience
技校/职校或以上学历，机械相关专业，至少1年的相关工作经验
2. Familiar with the big heavy lather's structure, capability, running system and the instruction for machine. Know how to operate, adjust, check and maintenance the machine.
了解大型车床的一般构造、性能、传动系统与机床说明书，及车床操作知识、维护方法，精度检验，调整方法
3. Familiar with the principle of cutting and chipping and material capability, and know the knowledge of related tools.
掌握各种工装、夹具、量具的构造、用途及使用保养；熟悉各种刀具、几何形状和切削性能知识
4. Knowing the basic knowledge of the process and the function of normal accessory. Command the material capability and tolerance.
掌握编制工艺规格的基本知识，了解一般零件的功用，掌握零件材料性能精度、要求、确定合理切削用量，加工余量知识
5. Knowing the principle of metal cutting, the reason of the junction and anti junction method. Know lifting for big workpiece.
熟悉金属切削原理，懂得各种废品产生的原因及防止方法，了解大型工件起重吊运知识
6. Can read complicated drawing and finish machining for complicated workpiece on different big vertical lather.
能在各种大型车床上完成较复杂工件的加工任务，看懂较复杂的零件图
7. Command the influence by temperature during machining. Can adjust normal vertical lather's precision and handle normal fault.
能正确掌握工件加工过程中温度等对精度的影响，能对大型车床做一般精度调整，排除一般故障并刃磨各种刀具
8. Can write normal process program and stripped-down normal tool.
能编制一般零件工艺规程及改制一般自用工夹具
9. Can use and check measure tool and calculate the basic parameter for big workpiece.
能正确使用及检验量具，能进行大型零件的基本参数计算
10. Have the awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001
