Responsibilities:
1.Assist in HR activities;
2.Assist in file handling including documents receiving and delivering;
3.Assist in all payments preparing, ensuring compliance with company policies and processes;
4.Office maintenance(eg. printer & telephone system)support;
5.Undertake other Administration & HR jobs as assigned.
Requirements:
1. College degree (studying year 3 or year 4 student is preferable);
2. Pass CET 4 (good communication skills in both English and Chinese is a plus);
3.Proficient in MS office;
4.Pro-active and hardworking;
5.Must have strong sense of responsibility to work.
