职位描述
Location: Tai Yuan (太原)
Report to: Regional Manager of North China
Key Responsibility:
1. Achieve revenue quota through management and selling with a set of assigned territories
2. Build up a strong relationship with channel partners and major accounts
3. Identifies end-user sales opportunities and supports reseller efforts to close business
4. Improve the territory business coverage through channel development
5. Coordinates strategic and tactical selling efforts on Major and Target account.
6. Manages the relationship with direct and indirect resellers.
7. Proactively participates in joint sales calls and product demonstrations with direct and indirect resellers.
8. Understands Zebra’s corporate views and will support and defend them.
9. Perform other duties as assigned
Key Competences:
1. In-depth experience in the IT industry of at least five years.
2. Excellent understanding of growing and sustaining businesses in a highly competitive and changing marketplace.
3. Major account sales experience.
4. Experience developing and managing indirect sales channels.
5. Proven ability to achieve quotas through channel partnerships.
6. Good understanding of business, and able to take the ownership.
7. Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
8. Ability to liaise with and motivate individuals at all levels of the channel partner relationship.
9. Proven ability at effectively making formal and informal presentations to all levels of management.
10.Excellent planning and time management skills.
11. Good attention to detail, number conscious.
12. Proactive and service oriented.
