职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、董事会日常联络及安排：负责董事长办公室领导的行程安排、会务处理、对外联络、贵宾接待等日常工作；
2、文书的处理：对相关文书、函件、合同、规章制度等进行审核把控，确保其严谨性、合法性、合规性；
3、协调董事会与各部门的工作：负责传达董事长办公室的工作指示及工作要求，同时跟进、协调部署工作任务，其他工作事项的上传下达；
4、为董事会提供决策依据：收集集团各部门、子公司相关报表，汇总整理并提交集团高管，同时协助收集各部门、子公司基础信息与工作信息，并及时向董事长办公室领导进行汇报；
5、完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：本岗位作为公司管理层的人才储备，要求应聘者：
1、***，重本院校本科及以上学历，行政/企业管理、法学、金融等相关专业优先考虑；
2、一年以上同类岗位工作经验，较好的英语表达与书写能力，熟悉文书写作与管理，沟通能力强，条理清楚，办事高效；
3、形象气质佳，大方得体；
4、为人正直，作风严谨，工作细致，性格温和；
5、能严格遵守公司保密纪律，具有良好的服务意识和较强的使命感、责任心。

1、本岗位为管理层方向培养，亦可接受优秀应届生，应届毕业生需研究生以上学历，金融或法律相关专业，广州名校优先（华工、中大、暨大、华师、广外）；
