职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Inventory MRO parts planning, replenishment, slow moving inventory classification, sharing and reduction management
Manage inventory MRO status change, replenish history, safety qty. change and turnover rate with ERP system and Access database
Cross function work with technology/production engineering on parts specification, duplicates merge and safety inventory review
Coordinate with local/oversea suppliers to maintain reasonable inventory for MRO parts with periodically review on safety stock, slow moving and consumption;
Maintenance services and non-inventory item sourcing, negotiation, purchasing and expediting through procurement ERP/PeopleSoft System;
Cross function communicate for specification, scope of work and delivery schedule for order placement;
Follow Corning competitive bidding process to ensure reasonable price for non-inventory purchasing;
Manage suppliers’ performance on delivery, quality and service
Support warehouse on physical goods/ERP system receiving and coordinate payments schedule to supplier;
Achieve cost saving goals based on company strategy;

Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree, major in business administration, Engineer or other related
3-5 years’ experience in MRO purchasing & inventory management area
