OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
Initiate and implement overall Lean/CIP actions in operation area

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- Initiate and implement overall Lean/CIP actions in operation area
- Organize weekly 5S audit; implement improvement actions.
- Develop continuous improvement process through training in work to change people mindset
- Encourage the coworkers for more rationalization ideas, evaluate and realize them
- Make CIP plans, facilitate and support CIP events across all functions.
- Support key lean initiatives like TPM and 1st pass yield improvement activities.
- Devote to build up a real collaborative culture in operation area

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
- Educational: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3 years working experience on Lean/CIP in production
- Certifications in Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing preferred.
- Competency in the application of lean methodology.
- Ability to kick-off and rollout a lean project.
- Ability to influence and gain commitment at all levels of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation and coaching skills.
- English skills both in written and spoken.
