职位描述
Responsible for sourcing Toys and Premiums by searching for, qualifying and negotiating with vendors to achieve the company's objectives.
Perform full sourcing activities including: vendor seeking, negotiation and order fulfillment from sample to final shipment. Work in production planning and shipment arrangements.
Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to merchandising, product knowledge, quality control.
Responsible for Vendor evaluation, selection and relationship building.
Responsible for working with our quality control and product development department to ensure that all products manufactured meet the quality expected, the budgeted cost and the expected shipment time.
Requirements
4 years experience in merchandising field with minimum of 4 years at managerial level with proven track record.
Strong vendor database a plus.
