Performs advance installation, repair and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related systems.
Responsibilities:
?Performs advanced installation, repair and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related systems.
?Evaluates suitable software to meet user requirements.
?Troubleshoots advanced software and hardware failures, and identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers.
?Assist Network Administrator.
?May be internal and external client-focused for company-hosted web-enabled solutions
?Installation and configuration of desktop and Laptop with the Standard image
?Operating Systems (OS) installation/re-installation, upgrades and Patches updates
?Software installations such as OS (Various flavors), Office, MS Project as requirement
?Manage Tickets in on-line systems: Activate tickets upon review, Escalate issues if necessary, close tickets upon completion.
?Assistance for hardware and software procurement
?Manage on-site asset management (Hardware and Software Inventory, disposal, etc.)
?Oversee and update assigned support service requests.
?Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.
?Work Closely with the business and Understand the requirement and provide the appropriate solution
?Co-ordinate with the global team/Regional functional team to resolve all the IT related issues to the users
Qualification:
？Experience with applications like Service NOW, Oracle ERP, Office 365 and SCCM.
？Experience with Remote tools like RDP, Skype For Business, Webex and Teamviewer.
？Experience with PC hardware Inventory management, purchase and maintenance.
？Experience with VMWare, AD, File Server and VDI.
？Experience with basic maintenance of Server room.
？Experience with phone and video conference calls setup and support.
？Experience with Cisco Desk Phone Support
？Experience with Local Area Network Support and Maintenance
？Experience with Incidents, SLA and Processes.
？Experience with Vendor liaisons.
？Ability to read back traces and isolate potential problem areas at varying levels of depth and complexity.
?Preferred Education:
？Requires college Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
?Preferred Work Experience (years):
？2-4 years of experience
?Key Skills and Competencies:
？Advanced Excel and database skills
？Advanced applicable IT applications
？Demonstrating professional client interfacing skills
？Advanced IT trouble- shooting skills
？Able to multi-task while working under pressure and meeting deadlines
