职位描述：
岗位职责：
1．制定销售计划， 完成每月公司下达的销售任务；
2． 负责客户拜访及回访，做好客户问题的回答
3． 记录客户档案、整理客户资料；
4．做好市场调研、客户分析工作并及时反应市场信息；
5． 负责客户资料的搜集与整理；
6． 负责客户定期拜访、回访客户, 并及时反映客户问题；
7．做好疑难客户的处理工作；
8． 组织、指导本部门人员开展销售活动，；
岗位要求：
 1．有市场开拓经验，具备市场营销、企业管理等方面的知识；
2．具有良好的沟通能力、应变能力，敏锐的市场观察能力、分析能力、判断能力具有较强的进取心、开拓意识；
3．了解与销售相关的政策法规，熟悉国内同类产品的市场销售动态；
4.受过市场营销管理、销售流程与操作技巧等方面的培训
