? Ensure a continuous supply of all food and non-food items needed to operate all stores
? Manage the inventory function to ensure the warehouse is utilized effectively, items are labeled correctly, and that there is enough safety stock of each item
? Ensure food and beverage products are made according to all stores standards at all stores at all times (use KPI incentive program as a tool for this)
? Implement and effectively communicate food/beverage item changes, additions, and deletions
? Oversee any changes, additions, and deletions to the all stores front-of-house and back-of-house SOP manuals and ensure standards are followed, including service standards, cashier standards, hygiene standards, etc.
? Work with the marketing team to implement promotions, specials, discounts, etc.
? Work with the Construction & Design team to plan all new all stores store layouts
? Work with the HR and training team to plan trainings for employees
? Work with other departments and on other projects as needed

1) Hands-on experience and proven track record of building and exceeding agreed target and objectives
2) Highly committed to all stores’ vision, value and culture, strong leadership and people management skills with high ethical standards
3) Mature and flexible, determined with excellent abilities to direct, develop and manage the entire operations team
4) University degree, must have over 10 years relevant experience gained with both international brands
