工作内容/职位描述：
-Professionally perform high quality of account opening processes to customer whilst maintaining high standard of compliance with policies, rules and regulations in order to avoid any risks and losses from breaching regulations
-Professionally review the FATCA documents and process the FATCA Classification to ensure the tax compliance
-Rigorously perform checking of SCC/NCCT/High Risk/Terrorist Related Nations/Customer Blacklist
-Ensure compliance with Group Policy including related external laws, rules and regulations
-Ensure an effective Operational Risk Management process is in place to reduce the level of operational risk losses and to protect HSBC Thailand from foreseeable future losses.
-Provide great customer experience
-Manage and control security items / documents to safeguard the Bank from any potential losses
-Produce and maintain reports / records as required by regulatory bodies and management
-Ensure high service quality is maintained and contribute idea to work/process improvement within the department as well as the implementation

-Experiences and knowledge of multiple bank products and processes
-Micro Soft Office
-Customer service minded
-Well english communication
