Business: IT Infrastructure Delivery

Role Purpose / Description
The Cloud Service Management team is responsible for the Service Management of the Internal IaaS Cloud offerings (ICP & CaSS). The teams responsibilities include:
Defining the Cloud Service Offerings
Working with HSBC Lines of Business (LOB) to help them get maximum benefit from the cloud and understanding when and how to use the Cloud services.
Collecting LOB requirements and getting these prioritized with the Cloud Engineering teams.
Managing Communications for the Cloud Platform
Assisting with Cloud Onboarding/adoption Identifying issues and outages on the Cloud Platform & working with engineering teams to get these resolved.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal (English used primarily)
Good Knowledge of Service Management
Good understanding of HSBC Lines of Business and DevOps Support model
Awareness of the HSBC Server provisioning process including ITSA
Awareness of Cloud technologies including IaaS, Automation, Hybrid Cloud, VMWare Virtualisation & Storage
Some experience with Confluence and JIRA
Some experience presenting to groups
Good Knowledge of MS Office including Excel

Education
Bachelor Degree demonstrating some focus on Business/Service Management & IT is desirable
