DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to Senior Financial Controller, PRC China and leading the finance team of Central China, you are expected to

- Oversee Central financial planning & management and any related companies, cash flow management and taxation matters as per applicable accounting standards and laws.

- Lead 8-people finance team in different cities to support Central China business by being a strategic partner with the Regional Head and reporting to Senior Financial Controller, PRC China

- Cooperate closely with China SSC

- Work closely with Regional Business Head to provide strategic financial advices to the business and spearhead all finance initiatives to ensure maximum profitability with the appropriate local financial legislations.

 

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

? At least 8 years’ experience, including leading a finance team

? Proactive in managing and reporting to Regional Head and regional management of business / operational / accounting issues

? Strong communication skills in English and Chinese

? Leadership skills in managing and coaching a team

? Good knowledge of PRC GAAP and US GAAP, experienced in SOX is plus

? Good knowledge of local corporate, tax and other regulatory compliance

? Working knowledge ERP system
