职位描述：
o Maintain maintenance, cleaning, telephone, cellphone and IT contracts / 维护维修、清洁、固话、手机和IT合同
o Manage relationships with internal customers and external suppliers, and report to the direct supervisor on a timely basis / 管理与内外部供应商的关系，并及时与直属上级汇报
o Organize and supervise moves and relocations / 组织并监管搬迁
o Create Facility Exposés, manage all facilities and infrastructures owned by Fronius China / 编写设施说明，管理伏能士中国的所有设备和基础设施
o Manage the software systems in collaboration with the direct supervisor / 与直属上级协同管理软件系统
o Order IT equipment and manage the inventory in collaboration with the direct supervisor / 订购IT设备，与直属上级协同管理库存
o Order personal protective equipment in collaboration with the Technical Manager / 与技术经理合作，订购个人防护设备
o Ensure all compliance topics are implemented / 确保合规性细则的实施
o Ensure facilities, infrastructure documentation and fire protection plans are up-to-date / 确保设备、基础设施文件和消防规定的时效性
o Ensure that laws and on-site security are complied with, in collaboration with SAWS / 确保法律和现场安全规定符合SAWS的规定

Requirement / 职位要求
o Bachelor’s degree in electrical, or mechanical or equivalent experience & practical experience required / 有电气或机械本科学位，或有相关实践经验
o More than 2 yrs of experience in facility management or building operations required / 2年以上设施管理或建筑施工所需经验
o Good mastery of the autoCAD software and MS Office products / 熟练掌握autoCAD和MS Office软件
o Provisional management, budgets, dashboards, benchmarking, etc. / 临时管理、预算、仪表盘、基准等经验
o Flexibility and willingness to travel to agencies / 具有出差到各个代表处的灵活性和意愿
o Technical knowledge of buildings, equipment, materials, etc. / 楼宇、设备和材料等的专业技术知识
