职位描述：
集团背景：咖啡驿集团是以国际豆品贸易、国内食品贸易、快消食品加工、咖啡原料期货、饮品技术供应、品牌店业输出等产业于一体的现代化数据权威投资集团。集团旗下涵盖：进出口贸易中心、技术培训及研发中心、食品生产中心、快销产品运营中心、门店运营中心、数据营销中心、金融投资中心。

岗位职责：
1、根据课程安排进行学员的1对1 、1对3教学设计及教学工作（主要是精品咖啡、意式咖啡方向）；
2、跟进并建立学员的培训档案，根据学员的特色进行课程开发和个性化定制工作；
3、根据市场需求协助开展学员招生宣传活动，为学员提供一定的授课咨询；

任职资格：
1、热爱咖啡文化、对餐饮行业有浓烈兴趣，有咖啡制作经验优先；
2、无咖啡经验但对咖啡有浓烈的兴趣，学习能力强，有学习热情；
3、男女不限，性格开朗，踏实细心，有一定的抗压能力；
4、形象气质佳，普通话良好，有较好的沟通能力；

待遇：
1、基本底薪2000-3000+课程提成（上不封顶）+奖金（0-1000元）+津贴

品牌门店运营中心：集团品牌门店运营中心具备有集市场调研、形象设计、品牌建设、品牌管理、营销策划、连锁运营等于一体的综合性服务功能。
