职位描述：
Responsibilities
Budgeting & Planning
- Develop Co-op ad JP with business partners, marketing support materials to budgetary expectations
- Track expenditure and update MarCom plans and budgets.

Events-Marketing activities, Trade show & Road show
- Develop strategic trade marketing plans which are aligned with the trade and channels business partner’ sales demand to drive Group’s goals and business strategies.
- Formulate publicity campaigns, as the consumer event with business partners with booking mechanism
- Collaboration with business partner for the joint event, to create win-win situation and achieve sales driven.

Marketing support materials management
- Manage the collaterals and souvenirs to fully support the Sale & Marketing related activities.
- Domestic production and quality control of the brochures, ensure the collaterals varies for different needs within the budget.

Creative
- Brand design standard implementation and application to various domestic design needs to support trade business partner request.
- Initiate of the creatives required to support various Sales activities in China region.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related discipline required.
- At least 6~8 years of hands-on related experience with in similar role in a cruise, hospitality, entertainment or leisure industry
- Team player with a collaborative working style
- Experience gained in the travel, lifestyle or consumer products industry, especially with luxury/premium brands, is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with sharp business acumen for promotion driven.
- Good command of written English and Mandarin.
- Good PC skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint
