Job Overview:

Assist IT Application Manager to implement sales report/OA/DMS/BI development including need analysis, design, developing, testing, and documenting software, tools, applications and continuous improvement work

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Support the total design effort and participate in multiple projects, solve complex problems, and provide mentoring and support to more junior engineers.

2. Evaluate and analyze software products and provide sales support.

3. Define, develop, and manage the whole process of a project for partner integration, and engaging individuals across various departments or organizations to resolve problems

4. Work jointly with clients to ensure business requirements are clearly communicated

5. Prioritize multiple requirements, and communicate to management the present status and future direction of the product integration strategy.

Position Requirement:

1. About 3 years of experience in software development, commercial application and report design or related field

2. In-depth knowledge of Struts2/Spring/Hibernate framework and generation

3. Solid knowledge of Web framework development experience including ability to use the tools of Java, JavaScript, HTML, etc.

4. Gain an expert knowledge of SQL Server programming and SSIS, prefer in Oracle.

5. Effective communication skill and interpersonal skill, team work spirit and general understanding of written and oral English

6. Experience within FMCG industry is preferred

熟悉Struts2+Spring+Hibernate构架。

熟悉Java, JavaScript, HTML等Web开发。

熟悉SQL Server, SSIS；兼有Oracle报表开发经验者优先。

3年以上商务应用或报表开发相关经验，有FMCG行业应用或报表开发经验者优先。

具有良好的沟通与展示技能，良好的团队合作精神。

良好的英语读写能力。
