职位描述：
The Production Manager will independently run and develop the production area of the company, and achieve the set goals based on LEAN and WCM principles as well as RSGZ core values.

Main duties and responsibilities:

1、Define, implement, maintain and optimize production equipment, lay-out and systems based on LEAN-thinking and WCM-guidelines.
2、Responsible for achievement of defined goals on production out-put, on-time delivery, quality and quantity.
3、Implement RSGZ core values in area of responsibility.
4、Lead and supervise employees in areas of responsibility.
5、Participate in developing Production-, Quality-, and Logistic Systems as well as implementing these in the areas of responsibility.
6、Ensure English and Chinese instructions and documentation in general are in line with each other.
7、Establish production management system, maintenance management system, Warehouse management system.

The following functions currently reports to the Production Manager:

1、Production Supervisors
2、Maintenance
3、Warehouse

Required skills/experience:

1、Must be a born leader type with good communications skills.
2、Sufficient in verbal and written English.
3、Perfect in verbal and written Mandarin.
4、Strong personality, demanding and masterful but polite.
5、Must be a good team player.
6、Detail oriented and hands-on attitude.
7、Must have good problem solving skills and being able to draw correct conclusions.
8、Masters in mechanical engineering or similar.
9、LEAN and WCM experience both theoretical and in practice.
10、Minimum 3 years experience with recognized quality systems, like ISO 9001-2000 or similar.
11、Minimum 5 year production experience in international company, working with production, technical and logistical issues.
12、Must know all aspects of a production environment, in theory and practice.
13、Proven skills in coaching and training.
14、Expert in MS software, Excel and Word.
