职位描述：
工作职责:
Implement procurement strategies that deliver ongoing value to the business.
By using advanced negotiation skill to get optimal price to get better quality.
Implement supply agreements and contracts according the budget to optimize cost and minimize business risk.
Tracking Service Level Agreements with key suppliers to ensure performance to agreed standards.
Accurate budget analysis to identify key areas for improvement.
Ensure the highest level of Governance is achieved in all procurement processes
Follow vendor management Strategy to monitor vendors’ performance to ensure cost effective and efficient supply.
Meet with key suppliers on a regular basis and discuss any relevant issues.
Ensure that all purchasing savings are tracked and reported.
Communicate with Internal Staff when the issues arise and deal with the problem in a timely manner.

任职资格:
Bachelor degree, major in Commerce, Business Administration, Business Economics or similar

More than 5 years working experience in multi-national company including working experience in purchasing or relevant areas
1. Strong communication skills.
2. Strong experience negotiating and managing supplier contracts Preferred.
3. MS Office user proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
