Main Purpose of the Job工作内容概要:
The successful incumbent should be responsible for verifying accuracy of outgoing product and incoming shipments.
负责日常的收发货及其准确性。

Main Responsibilities主要工作职责:
? Ensures accurate inventory确保库存的准确性
o Organizes the warehouse inventory with section chart and row count
o Enters received shipments into inventory system在库存系统中输入收货记录
? Ensures correct shipments确保运输的准确性
o ascertain any damages and verify correct quantity确保准确货品运输的数量及货品的完整性，无损害
o Prepares correct Bill of Loadings 准备并提供正确的装箱清单
o Communicates with carriers与搬运工进行有效的沟通
o Schedules pickup, deliveries and repairs for vendors to ensure a smooth operating warehouse (i.e. waste, fuel, forklift, equipment, etc.)安排供应商的及时提货，交货以及维修（如废品、燃油、叉车、设备等）
? Cooperation with teamwork团队合作
o Supervises warehouse associates and ensures team works together as efficiently as possible与其他相关部门合作，确保达到高效的工作质量
? Ensures to follow company polocies and procedures遵守公司的管理条例及规章制度
? Others其他
o Keeps a clean and safe work environment, following all company procedures and guidelines outlined by OSHA保持干净安全的工作环境，遵守公司的OSHA的规章制度
o Communicates with customers as needed如工作需要，与客户进行沟通

Education/Experience教育背景及工作经历:
? High School education 高中学历
? Min. 3-5 years of experience in Warehousing management 3至5年得仓库相关工作经验

Qualifications/Skills其他技能要求:
? Certified forklift driver持有叉车证
? Basic computer skills懂得基本的电脑技能
? Strong organizational skills良好的组织能力
? Safety awareness and quality consciousness 具有良好的安全及品质意识
? Knowledge of FIFO 对FIFO有一定的了解
