Responsibilities:
1. Provide resolution for HR policy setup, employment relationship management, labor dispute salary calculation and related HR management issues as HR business partner for the client
1. 为客户提供人力资源政策制定、劳资关系管理、劳资纠纷、工资计算及相关人力资源管理问题的解决方案
2. Be responsible to complete the project timely, professional and practically according to client requirement
2. 根据客户要求及时、专业、高效地完成项目
3. Be able to confidently handle clients’ queries on payroll and related HR matters.
3. 能够独立处理好客户提出的薪资问题和相关的人力资源问题
4. Screening incoming calls and greeting guests in a professional manner
4. 处理公司来电、接待访客
5. Management of Office supplies
5. 公司食品、用品等的管理
6. Management of couriers and mail distribution
6. 快递管理和包裹收发
7. Office facility maintenance
7. 公司常用设备维护管理
8. The ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor for the business requirement
8. 根据公司运营需要完成办公室经理交予的各项任务
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources or other relevant subjects
1. 本科学历,人力资源专业或相关专业
2. At least 2 years payroll and related HR working experience
2. 至少2年的工资和相关的人力资源工作经验
3. Good in English (oral and written)
3. 英语良好(口语和写作)
4. Possess sound HR / payroll function and related policy & regulation knowledge
4. 拥有全面的人力资源知识,尤其熟悉工资职能及相关的政策法规
5. Good at consulting / coaching, include the ability to develop effective relationship with internal and external stakeholders
5. 善于咨询/指导,包括与内部和外部利益相关者建立有效关系的能力
6. Easy-going, proactive, client focus and results-oriented
6. 随和、积极主动、关注客户要求和注重结果导向
7. Willing to join our payroll & HR Advisory team as a long-term career plan
7. 以薪资和人力资源咨询方向作为长期职业规划
8. Good communication skills , professional and pleasant phone manner, proactive, and ability to work as a team member.
8. 具备良好的沟通协调能力,团队合作能力强、工作积极主动、能够主动解决问题
