职位描述：
1. Implement QMS structure according to BL guidelines and Quality System through the specific plant frame
2. Develop plant specific Quality procedures and instructions
3. Ensure availability of periodical Plant Quality reporting & database according to BL KPI system, with monitoring, tracking, analysis of results and promotion of recovery plans in case of deviations
4. Ensure knowledge of CSR and training at plant level about QMS structure and evolution
5. Monitor Customer satisfaction at plant level, driving local improvements through Management Reviews
6. Perform internal System, Process and Product Audits
7. Manage Third Party Audits preparation and execution
8. Support preparation and execution of Customer Audits
9. WCM pillar activity and push WCM to expand in MMGZ
10. Strictly follow the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001,TS 16949 requirements

Qualifications:
1. College or University diploma
2. Minimum 5-year Manufacturing experience with Foreign - invested Companies ;
3. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;
4. Good command of English in both spoken and written
