职位描述：
Key Result Area：
1. Provide advice that facilitates the attainment of business objectives
2. Have deep knowledge of BB business units covered
3. Have professional staff with training and experience to provide high quality legal services
4. Be structured in a manner that enables the business to seek legal advice
5. Provide legal advice that is clearly communicated and concise
6. Create and communicate guidelines/benchmarks for ethical conduct and good governance
7. Take initiative to inform our business partners of legal considerations
8. Provide meaningful reporting and clear visibility to senior BB legal team members
9. Select outside counsel that have the skill, reputation and demeanour to advise BB
10. Personal Development

Experience Required：
1. 4-5 years’ cumulative experience working in reputable domestic law firms or international law firms (no less than 2 years in total) and law departments of multinational corporations
2. Manufacturing or construction industry background
3. Good knowledge of construction, product liability and labour law
4. Strong compliance culture

Qualifications Required：
1. Reputable law school degree
2. PRC Qualification certificate
3. Fluent in English and Chinese
4. Strong contract drafting, reviewing, negotiating, legal research and training skills
5. Unquestionable integrity
6. Excellent communication skills; highly self-motivated; team player
7. Good command of office software/tools
