工作职责：
1、负责公司企业营销服务产品全国市场的推广、用户开拓与销售工作，通过线下直销、线上线下渠道合作等多种方法为平台获取企业注册用户、销售服务产品；
2、根据目标用户及分级市场的需求建立从地推、合作渠道及代理商的复合销售模式，设定不同模式下的销售管理方法，招募销售人员，确保各渠道目标的实现；
3、收集一线营销信息和用户意见，对公司营销策略、产品方向、售后服务等提出实际建议；
4、激励及管理销售团队，保证团队人员的稳定性及每位销售的生产力。
任职要求：
1、积极向上，有较强的领导力、感染力，能承受较大的工作压力；
2、3年以上销售相关经验，有大型直销团队、地推团队招募管理成功经验优先；
3、较强的渠道开拓及管理能力，擅于总结经验，不断改良并将好的模式标准化，快速复制；
4、能系统化地管理团队并快速提升绩效；
5、较强的沟通、谈判、演讲能力；
6、熟悉互联网或SaaS产品、熟悉企业市场营销产品优先；
7、有中小企业服务产品推广成功经验优先。
