职位描述：

Responsibility:

• To provide overall leadership to the entire Air Freight Team through day to day management via direct reports.
• To ensure teams provide the highest level of customer service at all times and provide quick and correct resolutions of customer issues and complaints.
• To ensure that teams are effectively coordinating with related parties to ensure a seamless service experience for all customers and stakeholders.
• To be responsible for growth, gross profit and direct expenses of the department.
• To take the lead to drive business development by identifying new business opportunities and improve under performing business.

Requirement：

• Education: University graduate.
• Minimum 5 years leadership experience in air logistics.
• Strong presentation skill.
• Good command in English.
• Energetic, aggressive and self-motivated.
• Occasional travels required.
• Willing to work under pressure.
