职位描述：

Responsibility:

1. Providing friendly and professional service to our customers

2. Focal point for customers which use K+N for multiple routes / multiple transportation modes

3. Troubleshooting/solving of service problems for customers

4. Answering customer inquiries

5. Performing worldwide correspondence with the KN network

6. Close co-operation with sales force, operations and accounting departments

7. Payment follow-up with assigned customers

8. To prepare and issue quotation for customers according to sales guidance.

9. Telemarketing activities to explore business opportunities.

10. Handle call-in customers

11. Assist sales for initial appointment set-up.

12. Assist sales in presentation preparation.

14. Internal report function.

15. To comply with instructions given by team leaders and management team, and follow given disciplinary guidelines.

To understand and follow the Kuehne + Nagel quality management system, as well as be innovative and create a high standard of practice that conforms with the company's philosophy.

Requirement:

1. College or above.

2. Minimum 3 year experience in logistics firm

3. Good communication & interpersonal skills.

4. Positive service attitude

5. Responsible and self-motivated with positive working attitude.

6. Profound knowledge of standard software (MS Office, Lotus Notes etc.)
