Job description
1、 执行和改进来料检验程序，投诉及跟踪来料质量问题； Developing and implementation the procedure with the RM checking, handing with customer complaining and follow up problem quality revolved.
2、 执行和改进质量过程控制，提高过程质量；Developing and implementation controlling under-production quality.
3、 管理客户质量投诉，并制定改进方案，持续质量改进. Management customers’ complaining and improvement for the quality.
4、 内部质量文件管理；Improvement for revolved documentation
5、 维护和改进质量系统（ISO9001：2015）；Maintaining and improvement quality system (ISO9001:2015).
6、 对外协助销售处理相关的质量与技术问题；Out Working with sales to address revolved technological issues.
7、 管理和改进SAP系统相关质量模块的应用； Handling with SAP over controlling quality operation.
8、 提供月度质量报告；Summarizing Monthly Quality Report.
10、管理实验室，对材料进行相关测试，含内部测试（如硬度等）及送外部测试（如SGS，抗拉强度等）； Management over laboratory and conducting revolved testing.
9、 负责测量仪器的校验与管理；Accountability for calibration and management with apparatuses
Qualification:
1. 大学本科以上学历，金属，冶金专业优先考虑；University graduate, major in related Metal field and Metallurgy is preferred.
2. 3年以上质量管理工作经验，在跨国公司任职同等职位2年以上；At least 3 years quality management experiences and minimum 2 years in the same position in Multi-national companies.
3. 了解并使用过SAP系统；Understanding and experience with SAP
4. 了解并有ISO90001 的经验; Experience with ISO9001 system.
5. 注意细节;Focus on the details.
6. 英语读，写，说良好;Good read ,written and spoken English.
7. 良好的沟通技巧和团队精神。Good communication and teamwork player.
