职位描述：

1、带领销售和服务团队完成并超越本校区月度及年度销售指标 ；

2、确保标准课程管理流程的有效实施及***程度的客户满意度 ；

3、为销售团队成员提供持续的培训及职业化训练 ；

4、指导并监督中心市场策划和实施工作 ；

5、控制成本，完成既定业绩指标 。

任职要求:：

1、大学本科及以上学历 ，专业不限；

2、至少5年以上工作经验，其中教育及培训行业3年以上管理工作经验，有异国文化工作经验者优先考虑 ；

3、有相关销售管理或客户服务管理工作经验者优先录用 ；

4、能以英语作为工作语言，与外教无障碍交流者优先录用 ；

5、能够承担强大的工作压力 ；

6、具备独特人格魅力，领导力强，富有开拓精神，出色的协调、应变和解决问题的能力 。
