1. Work together with brand manager and marketing co-workers to develop and implement E-Commerce strategy, tactical campaigns, daily operation based on shopper insights to drive account profitable & sustainable growth
2. Analyze and define the growth opportunities by channel, make proper suggestions to superior for decision making
3. Work out customized promotions in assigned account aligned with Marketing & Trade Marketing strategy
4. Work out analysis report for monthly and quarterly review on Sales Revenue & ROI per channel/ brand
5. Coordinate the sales team/Trade Marketing/Supply chain to ensure the best execution on E-channels
6. Ensure that all the brands and assortments are properly listed, implemented and merchandising
7. Monitor and check web page to ensure price accuracy and promotion execution
8. Pro-actively coordinate related departments for market information and support
QUALIFICATIONS (Required knowledge, skills, education and experience)
Knowledge and Skills
1. Excellent communication experience, good implementation and execution skills, strong organization and coordination with logical thinking.
2. Have good awareness of marketing development trends, innovative, forward-looking thinking.
3. Experience of online integrated promotion activities is preferred.
4. Excellent at spoken and written communications, have good PPT and excel skills.
5. Sensitive to numbers, good at analysis, strategic thinking.
6. Have strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Relevant experience and education/training
1. Bachelor Degree, major in Digital Media, Mass communications, PR, or marketing will be preferred
2. Minimum 2 years working experience, online/E-commerce and offline trade marketing experience will be preferred.
3. Familiar with social and digital media, have a good sense of media trends will be preferred.
4. Good at communicating and persuasive, have passion on learning and self-development.
Language
English: can speak English and deal with emails/work in English.
