Job Description:
? This role will primarily be responsible for supporting the Senior Planning Assitant on Factory Production Schedule and Tech. Schedule tracking, verify the accuracy of factory production status report, drive proactive production schedule information, give Senior Planning assistant an earlier notification if any potential delay.
? Responsible for supporting the Senior Planning Assitant on following up seasonal production packing instruction with factories.
? Act as a coordinator to update PO information of all Performance Lifestyle Brands in PLM/Oracle/GTN System, run related reports from systems.
? Participates in factory planning team’s report preparation and maintains.
Requirement:
? At least 3-5 years related experience at reputable footwear company in supply chain, merchandising and planning, Import / Export business, or related field preferred. Have the general overview of the whole Footwear production procedure.
? Ability to read, analyzes capacity report, monitor production status report, and interprets common packing documents in footwear.
? Have strong knowledge of office software such as Word, Excel (Vlookup) and Power Point etc., it will be greate if have experience on PLM and GTN system.
? Good understand and communicate with customer, factory and internal departments
? Billingual in English and Mandarin, at least
