职位描述：
- Provides first line help desk and computer support including hardware, software, network, and data communications (including telephone)
- General system and network administration And Monitor system performance ensure security of all systems.
- Installation, configuration, maintenance and operation of PC, printer, fax machine, sever, router, switch or other end equipments.
- Provide application support for end users including PPN, OA, and DMS etc
- Document system setups, write user manuals.
- Other IT related tasks assigned by line manager.

Education Level & Professional Qualification:
- College degree or above in Information System, Computer Studies or equivalent
大专以上学历，信息系统、计算机等相关专业优先"
"Years of experience:
- At least 2-3 years' IT related experience
至少2-3年IT相关工作经验"
"Functional / Professional experience, knowledge and skills requied:
- Have good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Windows7&10, Antivirus, Active Directory, VPN, Printer, LAN
