本职位要求,英语口语能交流,纯英语的面试,有1-2年任何工作经验,愿意全球客服支持的
(支援德国技术支持岗位,早班为凌晨4:00-中午12:00,在家上班。
入职会有完善的培训,包括在德国的岗位培训,能独立工作后安排早班)
Provide the CZV commercial organizations which are in the scope of clearing center a “single-point-contact” for handling the issue orders which requires central support.
Manage requests for the orders which required central support in a structured and efficient way by speeding up and prioritizing resolution.
Document and measure the orders which was handled by central support, which will serve as input to identify bigger/systematic issues
Reducing and balancing work-load on the local Customer care teams and enable them to focus more on their routine works.
Support commercial organization across the globe for their queries related to order entry and also on those orders which cannot be entered in standard systems.
Support Rx labs to ensure all orders has been received and produced successfully.
Incident clearing support should be provided to those orders which ends up with error messages.
Order clarification and consultation should be provided to the sales organization and Rx lab network team.
Ensure best practice systems and work flows are applied throughout the CCC structures.
Measure, monitor, and improve performance of the CCC structures as per the agreed business targets.
Play an important role in developing and maintaining the company’s image and reputation in the marketplace.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent within a technical discipline (Optometry should be preferred).
Good in English language (both speaking and writing).
Should have hands on experience on ZEISS order entry tools.
Should have basic knowledge about ZEISS Rx production process.
Should have basic knowledge on ZEISS Rx calculation logic.
Displays a high level of initiative with a strong focus on internal/external customer service and operational excellence.
Proven ability to develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
A clear communicator with a consultative and inclusive style.
Computer literate, including SAP, MS office.
