职位描述：
工作目标：
1、 物流仓库人员、设备、货物的安全隐患排查，安全问题解决，现场应急指挥，安全问题及时汇报,SAP收货、发货系统操作监控；
2、 合理安排人员配属，并可以根据实际情况或培训要求进行合理调岗或轮岗；
3、 内部供应链单据跟踪（手工帐）；
4、 按照5s标准进行仓库库区5s工作的正常进行与持续改进。

具体职责及义务：
1、 对员工进行行政及业务管理，并对仓库一线员工进行绩效考核与考勤统计；
2、 成品下线，返修，移库，计划外出入库，原材料收货，移库，计划外出入库的单据（手工帐）按照相关流程进行跟踪与管理；
3、 组织和开展仓库盘点工作，盘点数量准确，帐实结点一致，对差异可以进行分析；
4、 管理SAP操作，熟悉物流仓库收货，回冲及发货等模块的使用，完成日常系统帐维护；
5、 库存管理、生产计划控制、生产线配料，收货、成品发运、返修等物流仓库流程的标准操作控制。

工作经验：
1、 具有2年以上物流仓库班长工作经验，能长期加班和在生产厂工作。
2、 具备物流仓库，供应链等方面的知识。
