职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
1.负责人力资源合规工作，包括组织起草、修改和完善劳动关系相关管理制度和工作流程
Maintain and update HR policies and regulations to make sure comply with Chinese labor law and corperate, including drafting, modification and improvement of empoyee relations management system and workflow.
2.负责处理员工关系方面的事件,如员工违纪、劳资纠纷、员工访谈等，以符合相关法律法规。
Be responsible for the ER task, such as the employee discipline, labor issue case handling, employee interview and communications, in compliance with PRC labor laws and regulations.
3.建立并完善内部沟通机制，搭建多元的沟通平台与渠道，倾听员工心声，维护和谐的员工关系
Establish and improve internal communication mechanism, build multiple communication platforms and channels, listen to employees' voices and maintain harmonious employee relations.
4.负责公司各类企业文化专题活动的策划和实施，推进公司企业文化建设
Responsible for the planning and implementation of various corporate culture activities, and promote the corporate culture construction
5.完成上司交办的其它工作任务。
Other job assigned by direct supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS (List minimum qualifications for job, education, experience, other)
1.全日制本科以上学历；人力资源、法学、心理学等相关专业优先；
Bachelor degree or above, Human Resource, Law or Psychology related major preferred.
2.3年以上相关人力资源工作经验，有外资制造型企业背景优先；
Minimum 3 years HR related experience, with working experience in multi national company is preferred.
3.逻辑清晰，灵活应变，较强的解决问题能力。较强的风险规避意识。
Excellent analytical, flexible and problem-solving skills.Strong sense of legal compliance.
4.强烈的责任心与事业心，具备优秀的沟通谈判能力，团队协作能力，抗压力、亲和力强，积极主动，有大局观
Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, excellent communication and negotiation skills, good team player, ability to take great pressure, strong affinity, self-motivated, full view of the situation.
5.英语读写能力良好，大学英语四级或以上
Good command of English.CET-4 or above.
