Major Job Responsibilities

？Organize and hold internal Audits for SW/SYS/Test competency’s development process.
？Organize and hold internal Audits for important releases.
？Providing and tracking the findings during the audits.
？Providing the process data to improve the development process in team.
？Auditing and investigating the SW suppliers in the SW supplier list.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
？B.S. degree or above
？At least 1 or 2 years working experience in SQA Job.
？Familiar with CMMI or SPICE or Thorough knowledge and understanding about the SW development processes.
？English CET-4 or above.
？Good listening and oral ability in English.
？Good communication skills with internal teams and customers.
？Good Official Tool Skills. (Excel, PPT, Word)

Preferred Skills:
？Experience in embedded system or consumer electronics product system test or software development.
？Automotive industry work experience
？Experience in little project management
？Experience on the requirement tool, configuration tool, and project management tool. Like, DOORs, Change Synergy, RTC.
