职位描述：
Responsibilities职责
? Check each batch of materials according to the standard, and sampling it and deliver to the lab
? As a Laboratorian to do lab test for night shift production and prepare report.
? Responsible for carrying out on-site quality control SOP, and monitor CCP, ensure that it meets the quality standard during production process, continual improve on-site quality level, avoid and reduce the foreign matter pollution.
? Make sure rejected materials and finished products are under control, and follow corrective action preventive measures.
? Responsible for batch production record data input and check, ensure that the data is correct and analysis, the product can be track.
? Responsible for check the transport vehicle of raw materials and finished products, ensure that it meets sanitary standard and temperature standard, ensure that all meet our company standard.
? Carry out the verification plan,
? Check night shift staff personal hygiene.
? Input data for the gov’s system ensure that it is correct.
? Record and Filing.
? 负责按照原材料标准执行质量验收和原材料送样工作。
? 负责晚班检验工作和准备相关检验报告。
? 负责执行在线生产过程质量控制流程，监控质量关键控制点，确保生产过程质量指标符合要求，持续改善在线质量水平，避免和降低异物污染。
? 确保不合格原料和成品在控制之内，执行纠正预防措施。
? 负责现场生产批记录电脑输入和核查，确保数据准确，及时分析，提供数据。
? 负责原材料，成品运输车辆卫生检查，确保运输过程干净，卫生，符合我司标准要求。
? 执行验证计划；
? 检验晚班人员个人操作卫生。
? 政府要求相关数据的输入，确保正确。
? 记录和归档。
? 其他相关工作。


Requirements要求
? Major in food science or engineering related; college diploma above;
? Qualified for food inspection according to CFDA’s requirement;
? With High quality principles and on-site QC experience at least 1 year;
? Work carefully ,objective and effectively;
? Be positive,Good communicated;
? Willing to work at morning shift or night shift,It adjusts according to factory’s plan.
? 食品科学与工程等相关专业,大专以上；
? 依据食品药品监督局要求具备食品检验资格证明；
? 有较高质量原则,有一年以上的现场管控经验,优秀应届毕业生亦可；
? 工作严谨，客观，高效；
? 积极进取，善于沟通；
? 适应早晚班工作，按工厂相关计划作相关调整；
