职位描述：
Job requirements
1、10+ years’ experience in manufacturing, 5+ years for sheet metal process engineering；
2、Bachelor degree in mechanical related field；
3、Experienced in sheet metal parts manufacturing process development；
4、Proficient in problem solving, e.g.,8D, A3, six sigma, etc；
5、In depth knowledge for sheet metal parts manufacturing；
6、Resilience, attention to details；
7、Strong leadership, result-oriented；
8、Good PC skills；
9、Good command of quality system, e.g., IATF 16949。
Major Responsibilities：
1、Develop manufacturing process for new project, following APQP process, including production line layout, equipment development, process flow chart, PFMEA, SOP/standard work, capacity plan, job set-up verification, etc；
2、Validate process capability to ensure all customer requirements are met for new projects；
3、Validate process capacity to ensure it meets customer demand for new projects；
4、Verify and improve manufacturing cost to ensure cost target to be achieved for new projects；
5、Lead process problem sovling to ensure on time delivery and continuous improvement in quality and cost；
6、Identify and implement cost reduction projects to gain cost advantages；
7、Build and continuously improve core process engineering competency。
