Main Function
1. To ensure that shoe/Accessory purchased by CFS are correctly price and acceptable to BSO companies.
2. To create/instill Cost Awareness among CFS shoeline builders and Business Liaison Officers that CFS shoelines prices are competitive.
3. To ensure CFS possess strong bargaining power over price negotiation with our suppliers.
4. To compute out shoe/Accessory Costing in order to equip our shoeline builder/Business Liaison Officer the necessary details for price negotiation.
Responsibility:
1. Shoe costing of all Signature/ Common project before each Quarterly meeting plus any fringe article collection as and when required.
2. Collect sample shoe, paper pattern and outsole from shoeline builder.
3. Discuss projected shoes costing with shoe builder to negotiate best purchasing price for CFS.
4. To discuss and negotiate with supplier /factory shoe prices as and when require together with shoeline builder and immediate superior consent.
5. Visit Material Factory, Raw Material Whole sale center plus independent sources for Raw material price verification.
6. Create Raw Material Sample, File with latest current market price.
7. Computerise all Raw material Data and Latest current prices for easy reference.
